Those words in Thailand-was like greeted with cheers and cheers by many Thais who are engulfed in Nationalism.
The problem off course-is that it is getting to be a globe of MULTI-CULTURALISM.
So as Thailand does the usual tongue twisting-double face diplomacy-one day says war with Cambodia and the next no war-then another day ASEAN integration-then the next no ASEAN involvement in Thailand’s problems with Cambodia-guess what?
The Vietnamese just proposed that ASEAN integration be written into each ASEAN member countries National Development plans.
Thai Intel just wants to remind Thailand again-especially to all of Thai Intel critics-that the only fucking reason Thai Intel keeps hammering it into the heads of the royalist nationalist in Thailand about their fuck-ups-is because the likes of Vietnam is coming on very strong.
The situation is just so bad here in Thailand, such as with Thailand’s National Development Planer-NESDB.
Like NESDB is set up to be a nuetural analyzers of projects the government has in mind-to do a top level feasibility study. There has been talks and talks in Thailand that like everything else-the NESDB is a politicized unit. Overall-it is to see that government projects-fits into the NESDB drawn 5 years plan.
Overall, it is a total fuck-up-one 5 years plan says Sufficient Economy-the next says get rid of the wealth gap. So who the fuck knows where Thailand is heading-even when the damn planners does not have a clue.
The latest is that the head of the NESDB has left the NESDB and joined the government as a cabinet secretary or something like that-please forgive Thai Intel for not spending time to remember all the craps that goes on in Thailand.
Thai Intel’s advice-let the rest of ASEAN draw up Thailand’s development plan-and save the Thai people all the fucking grief.
By the way-to Chuan the icon of the Democrat party who used his connection to land his son the job with the government-please tell your young man who uttered those insulting words to the Korean culture-Thai an Korean businessmen have just jointly invested about US$1 billion in projects together in Laos.
But then perhaps there is something wrong with the Laos culture as well.

DA NANG (VIETNAM), Aug 16 (Bernama) — The Asean Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Blueprint should be incorporated into national objectives and development plans to ensure the regional grouping’s goals and activities are internalised at the national level, Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said.
In making the call, Dung said these measures would support and complement the development of each member state and help achieve the blueprint’s goals.
Greater efforts should be made and appropriate measures taken to realise the blueprint, he said in his speech at the opening of the Fourth Asean Socio-Cultural Community Council Meeting at the International Convention Palace, here today.
Malaysia is represented by Information Communication and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim.
The ASCC Blueprint was adopted by the Asean Leaders at the 14th Asean Summit in March 2009 in Cha-am/Hua Hin, Thailand.
The ASCC Blueprint represents the human dimension of Asean cooperation and upholds Asean commitment to address the region�s aspiration to lift the quality of life of its peoples.
In his speech, Dung also stressed that greater importance should be attached to strengthening coordination among bodies of the socio-cultural pillar, first of all the coordinating role of the ASCC Council.
“This is another important factor in ensuring the effective achievement of the goals of the ASCC, especially those cutting through different sectors, as this pillar relates to many different bodies and cooperation areas,” he said.
The ASCC was established following the entry into force of the Asean Charter on Dec 15, 2008. It is responsible, among others, for coordinating the works of the different sectors under its purview and on issues which cut across other Community councils.
ASCC is focused on nurturing the human, cultural and natural resources for sustained development in a harmonious and people-oriented Asean and aims to contribute to realising the Asean Community vision.
The 10-member Asean consists of Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
